The board of directors of Monno Ceramic Industries Limited has recommended 10 percent cash dividend for the year 2007-2008.
The AGM of the company will be held at the BDR Darbar Hall, Pilkhana, in the city at 9am on December 21, '08.
The book-closure of the company will be ranged between December 1, '08 and December 21, '08.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company Sunday (November 2) following its corporate declaration.
