Lottery for share allotment of Northern General Insurance Company Limited will be held on October 20 at 10:00 am at the Bangladesh China Friendship Conference Center in the city.
The lottery result will be posted on Explore Bangladesh.
The subscription of the insurance opened on September 14, 2008 while closed September 18 for resident Bangladeshis and September 27 for non-resident Bangladeshis.
Incorporated in April, 1996 as public limited company, the Northern General Insurance floated 0.9 million ordinary shares with the face value of Tk 100 each to raise Tk 90 million from the stock market.
The pre-IPO (initial public offering) paid up capital of the insurance company was Tk 60 million.
