The board of directors of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited has recommended 30 per cent stock dividend for the year that ended on December 31, '08 subject to any change by or approval of Bangladesh Bank.
The AGM of the bank will be held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, in the city at 10:30am on June 8, '09.
The record date is May 7, '09. There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the bank Sunday (March 15) following its corporate declaration.
