The board of directors of Agni System has recommended 15 percent stock dividend for the year 2007-2008.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held at the Spectra Convention Centre, House No. 19, Road No. 7, Gulshan- 1, in the city at 10am on December 15, '08.
The record date is November 16, '08.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company Sunday (November 2) following its corporate declaration.
