The board of directors of BD Autocars has recommended 3.0 per cent cash dividend (for public shares only) for the year 2007-2008.
The AGM of the company will be held at the company's registered office at 110, Tejgaon I/A, in the city at 11am on December 21, '08.
The book-closure of the company will be ranged between December 1, '08 and December 21, '08.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Tuesday) following its corporate declaration.
