The board of directors of United Insurance has recommended 10 per cent cash and 150 per cent stock dividends for the year that ended on December 31, '08.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre, Agargaon, in the city at 3pm on May 7, '09.
The record date is April 6, '09. There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company Sunday (March 1) following its corporate declaration.
