The board of directors of NCC Bank Limited has recommended 30 per cent stock dividend for the year that ended on December 31, '08.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank will be held at the Hall of Fame, Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, in the city at 11am on May 12, '09. The record date is April 6, '09.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the bank Sunday (March 15) following its corporate declaration.
