The board of directors of Eastern Housing Limited (EHL) has recommended 15 per cent cash dividend for the year that ended on July 31, '08.
The AGM of the company will be held at the Officers' Club, 26, Baily Road, in the city at 10am on December 4, '08. The record date is November 12, '08.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Tuesday) following its corporate declaration.
