The board of directors of Metro Spinning has recommended 15 per cent stock dividend for the year 2007-2008.
The AGM of the company will be held at the Spectra Convention Centre Gulshan-1, in the city at 10am on December 27, '08. The record date will be November 27, '08.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Tuesday) following its corporate declaration.
