The board of directors of Libra Infusion has recommended 17.50 per cent cash dividend for the year 2007-2008.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held at the conference room of RDEC Bhaban (Level-12), LGED Head Quarter, Agargaon, in the city at 11am on December 21, '08.
The book-closure of the company will be ranged between December 14, '08 and December 21, '08. There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Tuesday) following its corporate declaration.
