The board of directors of Apex Weaving has recommended 11 percent stock dividend for the year 2007-2008.
The AGM of the company will be held at the National Shooting Complex, Gulshan-1, in the city at 9:30am on December 23, '08.
The book-closure of the company will be ranged between November 24, '08 and December 23, '08.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Thursday) following its corporate declaration.
