The board of directors of Jute Spinners has recommended 20 percent cash dividend for the year 2007-2008.
The AGM of the company will be held at the CIRDAP Auditorium, 17 Topkhana Road, in the city at 10am on December 28, '08.
The book-closure of the company will be ranged between December 14, '08 and December 28, '08.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Thursday) following its corporate declaration.
