The board of directors of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh has recommended 27 percent cash dividend for the year 2007-2008.

The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on March 5, '09 at 11am.

The record date is November 20, '08. Venue of the AGM will be notified later.
