The board of directors of Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) has recommended 20 per cent stock dividend for the year that ended on December 31, '08.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank will be held at Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Centre, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, in the city at 11:30am on April 28, '09. The record date is March 30, '09.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the bank today (Tuesday) following its corporate declaration.
